How can you participate in the Loyalty Program??

  • Fill out a form in any of the VELIY hotel chain.
  • Our employee will immediately provide you with a personal card of the Loyalty Program participant.

Program conditions

  • The program participant card bearing your name cannot be transferred to any third parties.
  • VELIY Hotels Loyalty Program remains in force in any hotel of the chain.
  • Privileges and discounts are applicable during your next arrival at any hotel of our chain
  • Presenting your loyalty program participant card while staying at our hotels you will be getting discounts and accumulate your bonus points at your personal account (1 RUB = 1 VELIY Point)
  • Loyalty Program will be valid only when reserving your stay in accordance with open rates at our official site www.veliy-hotels.com, by phone or by writing to the e-mail address of your preferred Hotel.
  • Loyalty Program will not apply if the reservation was made through intermediaries: Internet portals, online reservation systems, tourist agencies, companies, etc.
  • Loyalty Program does not apply for group stays (more than 6 rooms).
  • Loyalty Program discounts and bonuses will not add up to discounts for other special offers or deals of the VELIY HOTELS GROUP.
  • Loyalty Program discounts and bonuses do not apply to organizing banquets, buffet receptions or leasing conference halls.
  • Guests must personally pay for their hotel stays (by cash or credit card) in order to get their discounts for hotel stays.
  • Do not forget to present your Loyalty Program card every time when you check in at our hotels and to indicate during reservation that you participate in our Loyalty Program. In this way you provide us with the opportunity of getting ready to your arrival!

Rules for getting to a new Program level.

  • When changing from one Loyalty Program level to the next the number of available discounts and privileges will increase. When you arrive at our hotel we shall let you know whether you were transferred to a new level and provide you with information about new bonuses.
  • When transferring to VELIY PLATINUM level you will receive a new card in any of the hotels in our chain that is most convenient for you, against returning your previous card.
  • You may find out about your current account balance as well as about the remaining points for transferring to the new level by contacting any hotel in our chain or by sending an inquiry to loyalty@veliy-hotels.com and providing your name, last name and your card number. We will be happy to assist you!
  • Taking more vacations will open more opportunities for you!
